Order policies

Cancellations and returns

Upon placing an order, you acknowledge that you have 3 business days to change, alter or cancel your order before it will be processed and paid for as agreed at time of order and receipt of the invoice.

After 3 days, there will be a $10 restocking fee per gift for cancelled orders, up to $200. No cancellations are allowed after 10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-engraved, and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Engraving

You acknowledge that this order will be engraved as noted at time of order. If you request a proof, it will be emailed and texted to the provided email address and phone number. We ask that you approve the proof within 2 business days so that the gifts can get to you on time. Once the items are engraved they are no longer eligible for a refund. If your engraving is incorrect, and it is our fault, we will replace it. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All products will be shipped via Fedex or USPS.
